First I want to say that Khaled is going to be one year old real soon... maybe sooner that I realised haha. Time flies. I want to say that anyone who would like to join us the Saturday before his Birthday is very welcome to come to Bathurst and join us in the celebration. Sunday the 14th we will be spending at my parents and celebrating the big day there.

Khaled is sleeping now, he fell asleep at 8:30 pm. Earlier than usual lately. He had good naps too.

Téta, we hope you heal well from your operation, when you only told us after you had it, I thought of my grandmother because that is the kind of thing she would of done too. Kind hearts think a like. Rest well! Went you feel all better celebrate your retirement! YAAY :)

We love you. I heard Dina and Eman where very good and helpful to you. Oh yes, and Fathy too haha! Don't feel left out Fathy.

Mabrouk Dina for your upcoming wedding in December. We wish we could be there.

Khaled's House

Our basement is really, really, destroyed, but it's ok people are getting payed for it to be like that. This issue really needed to be dealt with, because there was a lot of moisture and overall the air quality could not be healthy to breath down there. It is a big job! Hopefully it will be worth it. I think it is in good hands.

This morning the car didn't start. So, there was not enough time between events of things costing money for me. Sigh, off to the garage it still is. I don't think it will be so serious.

This year has been one thing after the other, I lot of good things, some not so good, some just expensive.

I was really happy to hang this framed art in the bathroom. So I got out the level and tried to hang it all well. I did a good job with the frame, the only trouble was that all the bathroom looked crooked and it is. So after forgetting about the level I adjust my new art to a crooked way and TADA! It looked just right.

So, that is what's going on in Khaled's house.

Khaled is not sleeping and it's 10:45pm, So I thought I would put this video of him not happy in his crib, it's like being here live right now haha. But he did have a super long nap today, and I think very soon we will get our time with a sleeping baby.

Khaled also had a very nice time outside today, it looks nice, and it was but chilly for sure. He LOVE'S watching the pets.

UPDATE: it's 10:50 and Khaled is sleeping now, that's good. He's usually not up this late. I'm tired myself :)

Saturday we drove to Halifax to see Marc and Sunita in there new home. I was not good at taking a lot of pictures, I don't even have one of Sunita, oops. I just wanted to relax and enjoy, and that is what we did.

We had great food and lots of nice times, thanks uncle Marc and Aunt Sunita! :)

You guys have a beautiful house and lucky for me it's really easy to get to and close to the stores, yay. Looking forward to future visits for sure.

Khaled was really good to travel with, which made the trip all that more enjoyable.

This is how I end my bath time.

On a chilly day before going out. Although it's been record breaking heat yesturday for Bathurst.

The teeth. I see on each side of the two top teeth, 2 more teeth coming out, that would make 4 on the top. Something also seems to be bothering him in the back. Poor guy they are all wanting to come out at once. I think this is the reason I am having long days! But also he is just so thrilled to be able to do all these new things. He went up 10 stairs today with me at his side but not helping. He spent so much time standing going from the coffee table to the sofa to the foot stool to the chair, you get the picture. He goes quite a distance walking sideways on the coffee table and he even finds a way to get himself up on the doors separating the living room and dining room. He reaches out for a hand when he needs it and lets himself fall on his bottom when he is done. This boy is so not cuddly, he likes to be held but don't cuddle he will push you away :)

We went to the library and saw lots of other kids, a group just right, not too big not too small. He was the youngest today. I think we will be going every Saturday. We got 2 stories read to us and then it was puzzle time. It's 30 minutes spent together in a closed room with a round carpet and some tables and chairs. He is so tired right now, but can't sleep, Baba is with him trying his best.

I think he will sleep soon, but it's difficult times for sleep. Apart from that a happy little guy, still eating very well and loves all the new things he can do. He loves to pick the chords on my guitar:)
